Finally, the BBI Report Is Here and Tongues Are Already Wagging

Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga and President Uhuru Kenyatta receive the BBI Report

Finally, the much awaited BBI Report is here and even before Kenyans have an opportunity to read the Report, critics and the Tangatanga wing of Kenya’s political divide have dismissed it.

On the other hand, the report was received positively by BBI supporters who were very happy that after what they perceive as Covid-19 “stoppage of reggae”, the staccato beats of Jah music are back in style.

According to the dizzy-eyed William ruto-led Tangatanga supporters, BBI is the biggest political gimmick Kenya has experienced since the facade of Kenya’s “flag in-dependence” in 1963. Unfortunately, the re-emergence of the BBI debate appears to sustain an illusion that there is a force running the affairs of government and an equally credible force opposed to that government. Tongues are already wagging as this Kenyan lady demonstrates:

On the one hand are the blood-suckers called the Tangatanga aka “hustler” movement and on the other are the political hooligans calling themselves Kieleweke aka the BBI group.

Both sides do not profess any known political ideology. For the Tangatanga psychopaths, their ideology is “wheelbarrow-nomics” they peddle around the country using mkokotenis while for the clay-brained kieleweke goons, the key idea is to be found in Bibi-eye.

It matters a lot that millions of Kenyans are politically illiterate and that is why the thieving ruling class keep creating illogical political opposites to confuse them in the run up to every election.

According to the chief BBi captain, Raila Odinga, BBI will create meaningful jobs for the millions of unemployed youths currently languishing in poverty. Here is what Raila says:

According to Raila Odinga, wheelbarrows for the youth will not solve problems facing the youth in Kenya. But, according to William Ruto who is distributing the wheelbarrows, Raila once distributed Ksh 50 shillings to the Kenyan youths in Kibera leading to a fight because of the manner in which the money was being distributed.

According to Ruto, anybody who is opposed to the distribution of wheel barrows while at the same time distributing Ksh 50 shillings to Kenyan youths in exchange of votes should have his or her head examined. In the below clip, Ruto attacks Raila and claims that wheelbarrow-nomics is better than Ksh 50 bob lures to gullible youths especially if the intention is to seek votes.

According to Raila Odinga, William Ruto rides in helicopters which he has refused to distribute to hustlers. The former Prime Minister likens the distribution of wheelbarrows to the youth with luring chicken with maize ahead of slaughter.

Obviously, Ruto is at a big disadvantage in this game because for one, the DP is a bitter man after he was jilted by Uhuru Kenyatta who promised him power ahead of the 2017 election which the two rigged to install Jubilee in power.

While Ruto has to wade off attacks that he is a bitter man, he also has to reckon with the stark reality that he has lost the State apparatus he so much used to rig both the 2013 and 2017 elections. At that time, the members of the Kikuyu ruling class had allowed him control of all security organs because all they wanted was to sustain Uhuru as President and Ruto is the dude who did the dirty work.

Now Ruto has to contend with inundating and negative graphics spread online by the National Intelligence Services (NIS) depicting the DP as a killer linked to every political assassination in modern Kenya.

In deed, the BBi Report is out but in the next few days, Kenyans will have to brace for even more dirty battles between the two political protagonists seeking state power.

The BBI is clearly styled to make Raila Odinga the next President of the Republic of Kenya and Uhuru Kenyatta the executive Prime Minister. The two sons of former President Mzee Jomo Kenyatta and former Vice president Jaramogi Oginga Odinga respectively appear to have clinched a deal that will see the two families control power in the next 5-10 years in Kenya.

This will depend on how deeply they can convince millions of Kenyans that the BBI project is, on a long-term, in the political and economic interest of the people of Kenya. The job of Kutangatanga wing will be to try and disrupt this process.
